Moira Nelligan, LMSW
I work with clients who want to better understand themselves, feel more grounded, and start making meaningful changes — whether that’s around stress, difficult experiences, or patterns that feel hard to break.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and able to show up as your authentic self without judgment.
I take a strengths-based, collaborative approach, meeting you where you are and working together to process both past and present experiences with empathy and care. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches to help you better understand your thoughts and behaviors, and begin to shift patterns that aren’t working for you.
Together, we’ll focus on building awareness, developing practical tools, and moving toward changes that feel realistic and lasting. I believe each person’s experience is unique, and I tailor our work to your specific goals and needs.
