Hannah Batista, LCSW

I focus on meeting you where you are and creating a space where you can talk openly — about both the comfortable and uncomfortable parts of your experience — without feeling judged, rushed, or shamed.

Therapy is a place to better understand yourself, your patterns, and what you need to feel more steady in your life. I approach that process with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for your individual story.

Together, we’ll explore what’s been coming up for you, build awareness around what may be underneath it, and work toward changes that feel realistic and sustainable. The goal is not just insight. It’s helping you feel better in your day-to-day life.

My Approach

My work is rooted in a person-centered, strengths-based approach, while also incorporating Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and insight-oriented therapy.

These approaches help us understand patterns, process difficult experiences, and move toward meaningful change.
