I believe people already have the capacity to move forward. Sometimes, it just takes the right support to help make the next step feel clearer.

I work with clients who are trying to better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and feel more in control of their lives — whether that’s related to anxiety, relationships, trauma, grief, body image, or major life transitions.

In our work together, my priority is to truly listen and create a space where you can speak openly, without judgment. Whether you’re working through something from the past or feeling overwhelmed by what’s happening now, we’ll focus on building clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of direction.

My Approach

My approach is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to you. I draw from a range of therapeutic styles, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and insight-oriented work, to help you better understand patterns and make meaningful changes.

We’ll focus not just on why things feel the way they do, but also on how to shift them in a way that feels realistic, useful, and sustainable.
